Our Payzerware sales representatives are focused on helping new customers sign up for our flagship product, Payzerware.

The Payzerware Sales Team are...

  • Skilled sales professionals who are trained to use an effective, step by step process to move opportunities along their pipeline.
  • Experts at demonstrating Payzerware to warm prospects, with special attention to showing how Payzerware solves problems for contractors.
  • Exceptional question askers and listeners, with especially strong skills at uncovering reasons that drive and inhibit purchase intent.
  • Disciplined and consistent at delivering next steps on their deals so that follow up is a mutual step, not a game of chase.
  • Intelligent people who can work effectively on their own but are comfortable being trained and developed in a team environment.
  • Focused on achieving their assigned sales quotas by being creative, positive, and tenacious.

On a typical day, a Payzerware Sales Person will…

  • Execute our sales process to deliver maximum results for themselves and the company.
  • Perform multiple online customer demos of our software.
  • Take great notes and put them in our CRM.
  • Help newly signed customers deliver necessary documentation and data to our training and onboarding teams.
  • Make 20+ outbound calls into their warm pipeline to advance deals.
  • Send 10-20 emails to prospects and customers, helping them move along the pipeline.
  • Help put out a fire or two by solving customer problems based on their knowledge of our product.

Logistics and Onboarding

  • In your first 30 days
    • You'll learn our process and product in classroom training and by shadowing established performers.
    • Warm meetings will be assigned to you but you'll conduct those in tandem with your manager.
    • Your commission payouts will be guaranteed at floor of 80%.
  • Between day 30 and day 90
    • You'll conduct warm pre-set meetings on your own while you build your pipeline.
    • Your commission payouts will be guaranteed at floor of 80%.
  • You have to live in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
  • Hybrid-remote work schedule (two days per week in office)

  • Good humans with a positive attitude.
  • People with a selling background, selling skills, and a selling mindset.
  • Well educated, whether that means a college diploma, an Associates Degree, or a track record of quality work.
  • Very comfortable with software, technology, and data.
  • Great at building rapport with prospects, customers, and teammates.
  • Honest, fun to be around, and easy to work with.
  • Ambitious, driven, and looking to make a difference at a growing company.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual compensation packages that range from $70K to $80K per year.
  • Compensation is paid ⅔ in base salary and ⅓ in uncapped commissions
    • Commission payouts are based on new customers signed up each month.
    • All reps get the same quota target each month.
    • During 2022 so far, our sales team (as a group) is at 93% attainment year to date.
