And as we expand, our talented team continues to expand, too.</div><div> <br> <div> <span style="font-size:20px;">The Customer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our White Glove Service program and providing support and data to increase member activity, retention, and NPR score. The position will report to the VP of Sales and Customer Success while working closely with the Director of Customer Success and the Director of Sales to streamline revenue operations and CRM records accuracy. </span> </div> <div> <br> <div> <span style="font-size:15pt;">This position will have opportunities to work cross-departmentally to analyze risk management, client retention, product adaptability, marketing assets, and ROI.
