Pair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to manage our top frame and accessory sample archive and support the product development process. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of samples between Design, Production, and external partners.

What you'll Do:

  • Sample Archive Management:

    • Maintain and organize the physical and digital archive of top frame samples and accessories.

    • Accurately log and track sample movement, ensuring all items are accounted for.

    • Photograph samples for the digital archive, maintaining consistent image quality and standards.

  • Sample Printing and Coordination:

    • Print, prepare and ship samples to various teams (design, production, marketing, partnerships, etc.)

    • You will be in charge of printing our sampling rounds on the print production floor, and checking for quality before partnering with the lead on the collection

    • Manage sample requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate record-keeping.

  • Production Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of production files and sampling rounds for our tri-monthly collections.

    • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as organizing incoming samples from Print Production and Asia Vendors.

  • Special Projects:

    • Contribute to various special projects as assigned, such as assisting with licensed partner collections for contractual samples.

    • Coordinating on launches for new shape releases

Who you are:

Need to Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field, such print production, product development, sample management, or design coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with digital photography and image management.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the eyewear or fashion industry.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  • Knowledge of sample tracking software, and PM software (Monday and Notion)

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $21/hr - $25/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
