Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is a confident and extroverted marketing strategist with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute multi-channel events in media, the creator economy, or a related industry. This role requires a skilled marketer and creative thinker, with strong business acumen, who can execute campaigns with little oversight, grow existing industry relationships, and raise the company's public profile as a top brand in the AI video space. All initiatives must deliver measurable returns on investment.
As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth. You'll play a pivotal role by capitalizing on new opportunities and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate marketing-qualified leads, and ultimately increase revenue.

Responsibilities

Own event planning and execution
-
Take charge of planning and executing all of our in-person and digital events, including:
Contacting event organizers, booking sponsorships, and developing the GTM strategies aligned with our marketing objectives.
Execute the planning and setup for booths, in-person speaking sessions, and other opportunities, including booking the flooring, lighting, A/V, etc and assisting with physical setup when needed
Working closely with the design team to create print materials, floor plans, flyers, and other visual assets, to ensure on-brand, high-impact presence at every touchpoint.
Organizing calendars, groups, documents, and task timelines to ensure smooth cross-team execution.
Creating, Scheduling, and promoting webinars and livestreams

Manage co-marketing partnerships
Work closely with industry partners to create and execute high-leverage co-marketing campaigns and events to expand reach, build credibility, and drive qualified traffic.
Develop relationships with potential partners that allow us to effectively pool resources and market to users of adjacent products and services
Come up with creative proposals that deliver mutual value to both user bases and drive measurable ROI.

Take the initiative to identify and explore new ways for OpusClip to leverage its existing resources and relationships to expand its brand awareness and raise its public image, such as
public contests and challenges
Watermark and affiliate campaigns
Student & educational initiatives

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in campaign and/or event marketing.
Self-starter with a bias for action; comfortable navigating competing priorities and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
Proven track record of executing both digital and in-person marketing campaigns from scratch
Have led and managed relationships with external corporate partners
Have experience in and are passionate about creator economy and AI
Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills with minimal guidance
Located near a major US Airport and willing to travel for work as much as 15 days in any given month.
Bonus if you
Managed both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
Have experience managing social media pages and posting content on brands' pages.
