Financial Strategy:
Define the scope for FP&A and drive key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, UE) to inform strategic decisions for our global business.
-
Global Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to local regulations across all entities.
Oversee annual audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting for US, Canadian, and Singaporean entities.
-
Investor Relations:
Prepare board decks, investor updates, and related financial materials to effectively communicate performance and strategy.
-
Team Leadership & Vendor Partnerships:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team (covering accounting, FP&A, tax).

Assess and collaborate with specialized service providers to bridge functional gaps until the internal team is fully established.

Proven track record of building a finance function from scratch (e.g., implementing ERP systems, designing finance workflows such as bill pay and contract approvals).
Experience in FP&A.
Exposure to tax planning and risk management.
Skills:
Expertise in leveraging AI and technology to streamline financial operations.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, GAAP, and multi-entity financial consolidation.
