OfferFit was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, and we’re funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit replaces A/B testing with AI testing, powered by reinforcement learning AI. This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home, Yelp, Chime, Engie, and MetLife, among many others.

Note for Applicants:

Data shows that men on average apply for a role if they meet 6/10 requirements while women often only do so if it’s 10/10. We work hard to be clear and specific about what our roles require, and we encourage you to apply even if you don’t check all the boxes! Applying gives you the opportunity to be considered and we look forward to reviewing your application!

Position Overview:

The Sr. Manager of Business Operations will work closely with the Executive Committee (ExCo) to lead strategic initiatives, drive the company’s operating cadence, and execute high-impact projects (past projects include pricing model updates, org structure changes, and partnership efforts). This role is ideal for someone with experience in management consulting, big tech, and/or high-growth startups.

In particular, you will:

  • Execute key strategy projects across the company.
  • Partner with the Executive team to drive the business & their specific functional priorities.
  • Manage the company’s operating cadence and drumbeat to keep our global team aligned, drive accountability, and maintain our high growth rate.
  • Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks, continuously improving processes to optimize company performance.

Why is it great?

  • Learn how to build a startup – you’ll work closely with all ExCo members and have your hands in nearly all of the company’s major priorities
  • Never be bored – this job is involved in everything, from strategy to fundraising to board meetings; if it’s important for the company, you’ll be working on it
  • Position yourself for growth – 1-2 years in this role is the perfect preparation for many other leadership roles at OfferFit
  • Work in AI that drives real value – you’ll work on the cutting edge of AI with a product that is driving real value for customers, who love us

Who’s a fit?

  • Structured and execution focused -- you have a bias for action, and when you see a problem you structure a plan, align stakeholders, and do what it takes to see it through to completion
  • Clear communicator -- you are able to express yourself clearly and professionally with great detail, both verbally and through writing
  • Master juggler -- you can have multiple balls in the air, know where they all are, and never let one drop (bonus if you really can juggle)
  • People person -- you quickly build trusting relationships with stakeholders, and combine empathy with a willingness to have direct, challenging conversations (and your former colleagues probably still call you for advice)

Additional Requirements:

  • Up to 15-20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings and meetings (internationally), team offsite workshops, and industry-related events
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal

Company Benefits and Perks

  • Generous PTO (starting at 25 days PTO per year) and Parental Leave policy (12 weeks paid)
  • 100% remote work environment with flexible hours
  • Quarterly gatherings where we meet in person in a different city to work together, bond as a team and celebrate our progress
  • Weekly team events (lunch and learns, trivia, town hall and team health “barometer”)
  • Ability to learn and develop from an experienced leadership team (ex-Amazon, McKinsey, BCG, and IBM, among others) who are focused on building a talented, diverse, and inclusive team
  • Dedication to building a strong culture (e.g., team resource groups, weekly recognitions, major life event celebrations, mental health/sustainability days off, etc.)
