OfferFit was founded by ex-McKinsey and BCG math PhDs, and we’re funded by leading Silicon Valley VCs. OfferFit replaces A/B testing with automated experimentation, powered by self-learning AI. This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home, Yelp, Engie, and MetLife, among many others.

Position Overview:

We're growing our leadership team and searching for a VP of Marketing! This pivotal role involves increasing OfferFit's visibility in the enterprise lifecycle marketing community, generating qualified leads for sales discussions, and collaborating closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance customer engagement. As VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define OfferFit’s overall strategy for all aspects of marketing, including both brand and performance
  • Ensure a strong flow of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong community of supporters available to provide warm introductions to the sales team (advisory board, investor network)
  • Collaborate with sales to support existing conversations with prospects
  • Collaborate with customer success to provide marketing support to our work with existing customers (e.g., co-creating an customer advisory board)
  • Contribute to company wide strategy & leadership as a member of the executive leadership team
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a top-performing team of marketing professionals
  • Serve as a strong public voice and storyteller in the marketing community as a marketer’s marketer (e.g., posting your own marketing thought leadership on social media)

Experience:

  • Marketing for a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS company with high ACVs (>$100k)
  • Proven ability to build and manage growing teams. Track record of instilling a positive culture to achieve results with accelerated delivery
  • Communicating about technically complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers
  • Familiarity with machine learning / AI, marketing / "front-office" software, and a strong network of senior marketing leaders is a plus

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $261,000-$267,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $36,000-$56,000, with an overall OTE of $297,000-$323,000; Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
