Job Description
At Notifi Network, we are building the communication infrastructure for Web3 that will onboard the next million users into crypto, defi, gamefi and the metaverse. We recently announced our $10 million seed round funding and are propelling towards the next stage of growth for our startup (Techcrunch PR: https://techcrunch.com/2022/11/09/web3-messaging-infrastructure-notifi-raises-10m-seed-round-co-led-by-hashed-race-capital/). As Business Development Manager is an integral part of Notifi’s Sales team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales & BD team, and the Marketing team as they focus on our next leg of our growth journey and go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing own sales pipeline
  • Managing sales leads from identification and initial contact through close
  • Carefully tracking and actioning leads across the sales cycle
  • Qualify and follow up on sales leads
  • Outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and social media channels
  • Selling to startup founders, developers to marketing professionals within the web3 industry
  • Use your rapport with clients to achieve appointments
  • Achieving daily KPI's
  • Update and manage communications in our CRM system
  • Demonstrate our product over a video conferencing link

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2+ years of business development, partnerships, growth, or sales experience in a software or high growth technology company
  • Genuine interest in the web3 and cryptocurrency industry. Prior experience in / being a user of web3 dApps is a plus
  • Experience working at a fast-paced start-up
  • Ability to build good customer relationships and think creatively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work well on own initiative with good time management
  • Have the motivation to work in a target driven environment, whilst maintaining a positive attitude
