Job Description
At Notifi Network, we are building the communication infrastructure for Web3 that will onboard the next million users into crypto, defi, gamefi and the metaverse.We recently announced our $10 million seed round funding and are propelling towards the next stage of growth for our startup (Techcrunch PR: https://techcrunch.com/2022/11/09/web3-messaging-infrastructure-notifi-raises-10m-seed-round-co-led-by-hashed-race-capital/)
As Director of Marketing is an integral part of Notifi’s Marketing team you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales & BD team, and the Marketing team as they implement marketing campaigns and analyze their impact.

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years proven experience in marketing, sales, strategy consulting, and/or the software industry. Experience in working in fast-growing startup environment is a plus
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead develop and execution on a marketing strategy
  • Thrive at structured critical thinking, analytical processing, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, and written and verbal communication
  • Can ruthlessly prioritize fast-moving strategic priorities, tackle operational challenges, and manage through hyper-growth
  • Will become a trusted and indispensable business partner to Sales leadership, and play a critical role scaling the company’s rapidly growing go-to-market organization
  • Are resilient and adaptive in unstructured environments
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic
  • Understanding of startups, crypto, and web3 organizations (minimum has personal interest in following the space)
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years' of experience

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in supporting Notifi’s GTM business strategy, overseeing and conducting insightful analysis, running the rhythm of the business cadence and GTM operations, influencing executive strategic thinking, designing new business processes, project management, and teamwork across sales operations, marketing, post-sales, product, and finance
  • Lead the strategic and operational planning processes for your market segment
  • Work with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors and industries
  • Drive predictability, operational rigor, continuous improvement in running the rhythm of the business cadence (forecast, pipeline reviews, QBRs)
  • Become a trusted and indispensable business partner to Sales leadership, and play a critical role scaling the company’s rapidly growing go-to-market organization and path towards revenue growth
  • Act as a senior project manager leading transformational cross-functional initiatives (business process, systems, etc)
  • Be willing to wear multiple hats in a dynamic startup environment to drive real, sustainable impact
  • This role will be remote, and ideally based in the USA or Canada
