PRIMARY FUNCTION
- Lead the entire supply chain management process
- Support overall supply chain planning
- Management of suppliers/contract manufacturers
- Material requirements planning
- Purchasing
- Receiving
- Inventory control
- Production planning
- Finished goods management and tracking
- Customer shipments, domestic and international
- Material control systems development
- Analyzing and executing changes to the product configuration (change order effectivity)
JOB DUTIES
- Manage the overall demand plan and coordinate purchasing required to achieve
- Expedite deliveries and incoming inspection in order to prevent shortages or delays in production
- Maintain overall manufacturing schedule and attainment records
- Ensure product structures are complete and accurate
- Ensure inventory is accurate, secure, and properly stored, ensuring material traceability
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve processes with an eye toward adding value and improving efficiency
- Maintain a goal oriented, collaborative & productive work environment
- Other responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ERP/MRP/PLM experience with an emphasis on configuration management and traceability
- A background in Urology/Uro-Gynecology or neuromodulation/active implantable devices preferred
- The interest and ability to translate strategic planning to tactical execution
- Collaborate cross functionally to gain alignment and drive timely decision making
- Possess a positive, people-centric leadership style and have a track record of enhancing a culture where people love to work, grow their capabilities, and do their best work in pursuit of a vision
- Proven leader with a strong results orientation, positive “hands on” attitude, and sense of urgency
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.A./ B.S. in a related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in manufacturing or materials roles at early-stage companies
- Likely with a background operations consulting
- Results driven, collaborative team player capable of working well with others, as well as autonomously with little direction
- Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and adjust as we grow
- Must have effective presentation skills and ability to use PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
- Excels at seeking influence and facilitating team-based problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated financial and strategic capabilities
- Ambitious and driven with a flexible mindset to handle changes in dynamic environment that often has ambiguity

COMPENSATION
Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $180,000 - $205,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
