The Role
As the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting sales through mapping of organizational design, structure and processes. Your data-driven analytical approach drives the Field Sales teams to success. This fast-paced and high performance environment will require you to use data to push teams to consistent results through hitting key targets.
What you'll be doing:
- You map out sales processes, creating scalable frameworks that will grow with our acquisition pipelines.
- You take raw data and transform it into sales pipeline funnels and know which tools to use, and how to use them, to get the clean data needed to support the team’s growth.
- You work hand-in-hand with the Director of Growth and Head of Activations to ensure successful flow of sales funnels.
- You hold Neo’s field teams accountable to excellent results.
- You are responsible for employee onboarding, training, rewards, recognition, incentives, content and communication.
- You will enable new products within the channel and workforce (NPI's, gtm planning, to achieve business results)
- You have strong communication and content development skills (familiar with LMS and eLearning tools like Articulate, Rippling, etc.)
- You will manage footprint and market expansions, working with retail partners in leasing negotiations, etc
Who we are looking for:
- You have experience managing and scaling large sales teams (50-100+) D2C sales teams across multiple geographies
- You love to solve problems with an analytical approach
- You are are proactive, very organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment
- You have entrepreneurial DNA
- You take ownership over your work and outcomes
- You have creative problem solving skills with a willingness to test solutions and iterate as require
- You are resourceful, and able to react quickly and professionally in high pressure situations
- You're an effective communicator with strong organizational skills
- You have strong experience using and implementing CRM’s
- Experience using and implementing Tableau, DOMO, or Salesforce is an asset
- Experience in financial services or with financial products is an asset
