About Motorq
Motorq is a leading software infrastructure company working on connected car data and analytics. Our mission is to provide owners and managers of vehicles with cutting-edge actionable insights so they can improve their operations, improve client experience, and reduce cost.
Motorq works closely with the largest global car manufacturers (OEMs) in the world to extract data directly from the embedded modems in cars. We have deep commercial and technical relationships with over 12 large OEMs and are co-creating the future with them. With most of these OEMs, Motorq is the first and only data partner. After ingesting data from the car and from other sources like vehicle specs data, our advanced algorithms create actionable insights that are then sent to customers via a suite of products, ranging from APIs, Streams, DataLakes and web portals. Motorq’s customers include most the 10 largest fleet management companies, large dealer groups, and other leading automotive services companies.
The Motorq leadership team has interdisciplinary experience in automotive engineering full-stack software engineering, data science and SaaS startups. We recently raised a $41M Series-B round, led by Insight Partners, one of the largest VCs in the world. We are also backed by leading auto-tech VCs, and leading automotive services companies.
Motorq has over 80 employees, spanning engineering, data science, product, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing. We are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in Seattle, Bangalore and Chennai.
The Role
Motorq is growing rapidly – as we onboard more OEMs and customers. To support the commercial growth, we are growing our team – and hiring across functions and roles. People are our biggest asset, and we are looking for a world-class, highly-motivated, high-empathy HR Manager to take care of our staff and support our people operations. This is a high-visibility role - this candidate will work closely with our exec leadership team to implement systems, processes and culture elements, to create a great experience for all our staff, end-to-end.
We would prefer this candidate to be located in the San Francisco Bay Area. A hybrid work model is anticipated, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
