Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Azure Cloud Operations, governance, and automation. This role is pivotal as we expand our SaaS cloud management platform, MontyCloud DAY2, to include comprehensive Azure Cloud capabilities. You will lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of Azure-focused features that simplify cloud operations, enhance governance, and enable MSPs to deliver automated solutions efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Cloud Operations, SecOps, FinOps, and Governance, with a strong focus on automation and simplification of complex IT processes.
Responsibilities
Azure Operations Product Ownership
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of Azure integration capabilities within MontyCloud DAY2, focusing on automation-driven solutions for MSPs.
- Define and drive product features that streamline Azure operations, enhance governance, and simplify cloud management workflows for MSPs.

Customer-Centric Insights
- Conduct market research and engage with customers to understand operational challenges and requirements in Azure Cloud Operations, governance, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define product requirements tailored to Azure operations and MSP workflows.

Market and Competitive Analysis
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities in Azure Cloud Operations and governance, ensuring our product remains innovative and ahead of the curve.

Product Development and Delivery
- Work with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to create detailed product requirements, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies focused on Azure Operations.
- Drive the development and delivery of Azure-focused features and ensure alignment with MSP operational needs and business goals.
- Lead feature releases, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to enhance its value to MSPs.
Governance and Automation

Required Experience and Skills
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of product management experience in a cloud-based product environment, with a focus on Azure Cloud Operations, governance, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including operations, compliance, security, and cost management.
- Experience with Azure Migration, CloudOps configuration, and MSP-focused workflows and automation.
Product Management Proficiency
- Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to successful launch.
- Ability to define and communicate clear product requirements using user stories, wireframes, and market research.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Marketing teams to deliver complex cloud operations features.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create customer-facing technical documentation like user guides and release notes.
