About the Role
As our CTO, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leading all aspects of our technology function as a core part of the leadership team. This is your chance to build and scale technology that positively impacts patient care and well-being.

Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we’d love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute our technology vision and strategy, aligning it with our mission to revolutionise the digital healthcare delivery
- Help drive top-level company strategy to create the future of digitally native health care and grow a strong business
- Design and evolve our technical architecture to ensure scalability, security, and reliability
- Lead R&D efforts and foster a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams that drive exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with product roadmaps
- Spearhead our cybersecurity strategy to protect sensitive healthcare data
- Drive technological innovation while managing resources effectively
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven track record in building and launching secure, scalable technology applications
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, mobile development, dev ops, and data security
- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in building and inspiring technology teams
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience
- Strategic and business mindset with the ability to develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps
- Experience in managing technology budgets and understanding financial implications
- Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
