- Developing features with clean, readable code aligned with Mindset best practices.
- Your collaboration shines through participation in technical design, quality discussions, and code reviews.
- Comfortable in diverse Application Domains, you contribute to peers' work, maintain tests for your features, and take responsibility for key aspects of delivery.
- Your ideas influence company-wide discussions, while consistently contributing to team quality, process discussions, and product/design conversations.
- You proactively identify problems or risks in your work, actively participate in team processes, share knowledge with peers, and collaborate seamlessly with non-technical counterparts.
What you'll be doing:
- Join our Agile team, focusing on enhancing mobile apps, hypnotherapy experiences, and associated systems within the Product Team.
- Leverage your product design and development skills to collaborate with designers and product managers, crafting outstanding user experiences.
- Develop high-quality React Web-based applications, following our best practices and code standards.
- Implement full-stack solutions using NodeJS and React Native as needed.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring our platforms consistently stand out as best in class.
