<p><strong>Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">As a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer for Madison Reed, you will be a key member of the Hair Color Bar hiring team - Sourcing for Licensed Cosmetologists. This role will support multiple states and 80+ Hair Color Bar locations. </span><span style="font-weight:400;">As a Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in the development and execution of our recruiting strategies by attracting candidates for our open and upcoming positions. In this role, you will leverage your creativity in finding and engaging with candidates on career opportunities available at Madison Reed. You will build relationships within the industry to identify the right talent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Part Time (20 hours per week) for 3-6 months working remotely</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Generate a pipeline of qualified licensed cosmetologists using Indeed, LinkedIn, Yelp, Instagram, cosmetology school networks, and more</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Maintain an average of 50+ leads per week </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Use Greenhouse to add both warm and passive leads</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers to understand markets with the most need and best practices</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Coordinate cosmetology school events, career fairs, open houses, and other events</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Support ad hoc projects as needed </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">2+ years experience working in a search firm, prospecting role, in-house recruiting team for high volume recruiting</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Skilled at engaging candidates through outbound prospecting</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Autonomous and able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience using Greenhouse, or other similar ATS system</span></li> </ul>
