That pushing the envelope, defying the status quo, and innovating new technical solutions is hard shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, but as it turns out it’s also reallly complicated, especially when you’re a successful startup really starting to scale! We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to help us manage that complexity using modern software tools and proven PM practices. We're looking for that unicorn who thrives on bringing order to chaos, finds satisfaction in analyzing metrics to draw conclusions, possesses the ability to present their findings graphically for broad comprehension, and excels in achieving results without the need for formal organizational authority. Your unique skills and passion could be the missing piece we're looking for!
*Research shows that while men apply to jobs where they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized people tend to only apply when they meet 100% of the qualifications.
