We are looking for a multi-task Marketing Associate to lead a variety of projects and vendor’s relationships, working together with teams such as sales, product, campaigns, account management and leadership. We are seeking a problem-solver, creative and organized new team member who would love to develop their career in the Marketing Campaigns or Product Marketing career in a complex industry.

LOCATION: Remote - Brazil

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Assist marketing team with daily tasks and play a key supporting role in a variety of projects
  • Conduct Market Research including calling/emailing with vendors for influencer, podcast, lead generation, agencies, event, billboards, etc.
  • Coordinate vendor relations and content/campaign execution such as webinars
  • Inform and maintain marketing content and campaign calendars as well as Asana for accurate marketing project
  • Collaborate cross functional to expedite the deliverables to sales, product and the whole Loadsmart team
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, account management and leadership as needed
  • Looking for mentorship in a career path for either Marketing Campaigns and/or Product Marketing
  • Communicating through written communication and verbally; including experience with digital marketing copy and presentation development
  • Meeting and exceed deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail through strong organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing role
  • Advanced English skills (verbal, writing and reading)
  • Great project management skills
  • Work independently but also take direction from supervisor
  • Strong organizational skills with an influencing presence; ability to multitask, prioritize and handle ad hoc projects
  • Manage time and meet hard deadlines
  • Positive team player with good problem solving skills
  • Experience with Hubspot or SalesForce.com is a plus
