We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to add to our team! We are seeking a curious individual that is passionate about root cause and what-if analysis and figuring out how to operationalize opportunities.
Business Analysts will work with internal and external stakeholders to assess information flows and operations to identify areas to increase revenue, efficiencies, visibility, as well as cost reduction. Findings will be categorized, quantified, and presented to stakeholders for consideration. The analyst will also advise in the development and deployment of the identified solutions.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Determine “best” KPIs to be used by project/client that are most relevant to operations and provide actionable directions for opportunity areas
- Build automated alerts and notification processes for instances of non-compliance
- Drive accuracy of data and insights both strategically and operationally
- Build efficient methods to calculate and communicate metrics and insights
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Perform data scrubbing and analysis on large transportation related datasets in a variety of tools
- Review and configure transportation management systems settings for accurate and optimal performance
- Collaborate with talented individuals around the world to understand requirements and deploy effective solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with data mining, manipulation, and visualization (MS Office products, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- 1+ years of transportation or supply chain experience
- Transportation Management System experience
- Project management experience
- Requirements gathering and root cause analysis experience.
