We are on a mission to be the premier provider of sophisticated transportation solutions, so we need experienced logistics business development professionals to expand our service offerings and develop customized solutions for our largest and most complex clients.</div><div><br></div><div>This position is an executive business development role and requires a client-centric farmer mindset with a demonstrated ability to create value and drive growth within an existing book of complex large banner clients. This includes, expansion of senior level relationships at our premier strategic shippers, earning a broader share of wallet and ultimately positioning Loadsmart as a trusted advisor at all levels of the organization. This person has a strong background in logistics sales, strategic account management, solutions selling, managing client expectations and driving our own teams to help our top shippers solve problems. This role partners closely with our executives, sales leaders, carrier operations, product, finance, accounting and marketing and will obsess about ensuring we’re always delivering the best experience and growing market share within their assigned strategic clients. </div><div><br></div><div> <b>DEPARTMENT:</b> Sales - Enterprise Sales</div><div> <b>LOCATION:</b> Remote US, with regular travel to client facilities</div><div><br></div><div>Job Type: Exempt</div>
