About the Role

As an experienced Director, Enterprise Provider Network to reporting to Chief Revenue Officer you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full time remote position with about 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on strategy to further develop tiered network
  • Negotiate partner clinic contracts in line with our approved fee schedules.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise team to understand market needs and prioritize partner clinic locations in zip codes where member lives exist and we do not have Signature clinic (existing or on roadmap)
  • Align with the enterprise team to understand future market needs based on employer sales cycles so partner clinics are secured in advance of go live dates.
  • Identifying and prospect partner clinic opportunities in accordance with network strategy
  • Establish strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Educate market stakeholders on Kindbody’s network criteria and expectation of exceptional member experience.
  • Create and maintain organized records of contracts, fee schedules and collateral for network partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate up to date contact list in Hubspot
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in creating and delivering in-person and virtual slide presentations.
  • Oversee the successful coordination, negotiation, and implementation of contracts (SCA’s, LOA’s and multi-year contracts) with partner clinics and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Kindbody’s workflow and billing process for go-live plans with partner clinics.
  • Content creation as needed to expedite sales negotiations and close.
  • Collaborate with provider relations and update master fee schedule as new clinics are added to the network.
  • Assist with changes in fee schedule and compensation structures with partner clinics as needed.
  • Provide detailed updates to the product and engineering teams when new partner clinics close.
  • Report feedback by partner clinics to provider relations team to identify opportunities for enhanced customer service
  • Develop, manage and sustain relationships with partner clinics to build loyalty as a long term partner.
  • Maintain industry knowledge of fertility clinics expansions, acquisitions and remain up to date on news, and industry events and competitive landscape.
  • Assist with RFPs/RFIs, sales pitches, sales communications, FAQs and other questions or needs of Sales team

Who You Are

  • 10+ years experience as an individual contributor sales leader
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred
  • Proven ability to manage employer sales cycle end-to-end
  • Track record of successfully attaining and / or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to negotiate, multi-year customer contracts
  • Self-starter; ability to work independently in a lean, early stage, high-growth environment
  • Outstanding communication skills; leverages a highly-collaborative approach to sales
  • Understanding of employer benefit context as well as the nature of the employer-health plan interactions
  • Experience developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings
  • Experience rapidly learning company and product content
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills, including phone-based presentations
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and be solution oriented.
  • Experience in Fertility Industry a plus
  • Team player mentality, willing to wear multiple hats when needed to support initiatives and drive corporate success
  • Ability to work with multiple departments of a fast paced organization.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment and positive culture.
  • A positive, can do attitude, willing to give and receive honest feedback.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Willingness to travel to prospective client sites or clinic sites as needed
