We are seeking a dynamic Product Analyst to support the delivery of our clinically-integrated healthcare software products. This role is ideal for someone who has exposure to building products for inter-disciplinary clinical teams and is eager to take on challenging, yet rewarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.

In This Role You Will:

• Assist in understanding user needs and workflows within PACE and other value-based care centers.

• Gather requirements for new application features and client reporting needs.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement features and product enhancements.

• Analyze and QA data sources and create detailed reports using SQL.

• Aid in the development of product documentation and artifacts.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales and engineering to ensure products meet market needs and adhere to regulatory standards.

• Lead product requirement gathering for specific features.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Analyst, or Product Manager.

• Exposure to healthcare environment preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Basic understanding of product lifecycle management.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
Location: USA-based, Remote
