Intrinio is hiring a Full-time/Part-time career minded Customer Service Representative. We are a financial data company on a mission to power fintech innovation by providing high-quality data to developers and engineers from fintech companies, large institutions, hedge funds, and startups. Intrinio provides standardized and as-reported fundamentals for US-based publicly traded companies, real-time market data, options, alternative data, ETFs, and more via a powerful application programming interface (API) that can be easily integrated into applications, websites, widgets, algorithms, and other financial tools.

Position Summary

Our strength is in our people. The customer service representative is the primary internal contact for our customers and plays a crucial role in customer satisfaction. Our dedicated customer service team helps our customers by placing orders, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the customer to continue the long-term relationships we have in place.

Essential Job Functions:

● Coordinate with the remote support team to create customer reservations

● Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services when appropriate.

● Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.

● Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.

● Resolve and De-escalate customer concerns

● Actively follow up with customer requests (switches and pickups) and document all actions per provided protocols

● Communicate regularly with office teammates, supervisor, and remote support teams on the status of customer accounts and requests

● Perform any other duties as assigned

● Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Qualifications Needed:

● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

● Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

● Proficient use of Google Suite, Excel and MS Word Skills

● Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

● The ability to adapt and learn quickly

● Superb written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Bi-lingual a PLUS (Spanish, Arabic, Russian and any other languages welcome)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.99 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
