JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for talented, organized, production assistants who can also perform digital management. We broadcast live rowing workout episodes from a moving boat, on the water daily! Come join our crew and help to produce excellent content. This role is an independent contractor role for a specific time period.
We are also seeking a local in the Waco, TX area for approximately six weeks, five days a week Tuesday through Saturday, from March 6, 2023 to April 15, 2023.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Move cases from the boat house or vehicle to the launch and back. Must be able to lift up to 50lb cases.
  • Help set up cameras and equipment.
  • Help set up audio packs and mics for talent.
  • Recharge all batteries as needed.
  • Keep track of camera and audio media, copy and organize at the end of each day.
  • Monitor live broadcasts online and give producer feedback.
  • Work in a team setting and support the production how it is needed.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Highly organized
  • 2 + years production assistant or similar experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player
  • A can-do/positive attitude
  • An ability to be proactive and take the initiative
