About the Work:

As Director, RPN Channel Development, you will develop the Referral Partner Network (RPN) sales channel into a business referral machine with marketing automation, business development, and public data collection to identify new leads. Baseline current RPN performance, and re-envision the current RPN channel with a new strategy to grow channel 3-5x by building a directory of RPNs, identifying RPN segments, and driving a highly productive network of referral providers managed by the brand and with local agencies. Agency Owners, Marketing, and Tech are your customers as the owner of the RPN business and product. You’ll define market opportunity, build growth plans, and execute marketing, training initiatives and product launches to grow the RPN channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a strategy for RPN channel management driving 3-5x growth of the channel in the next 18 mos.

  • Model & Manage the current RPN channel and report on performance at the network as well as franchise level.

  • Build and foster RPN relationship management directly and indirectly through franchise owners

  • Own a Franchise owner product offering for RPN network development systems i.e. RPN toolkit

  • Coordinate RPN efforts across the company from engineering, marketing, and franchise performance.

What results do you generate:

  • Establish Home Instead as the preferred referral by a performance record of communication, quality care delivery, and product innovation.

  • Define and achieve healthy level of RPN referrals for each franchise in the Home Instead network.

  • Build and expand a directory of existing and potential referral partners across North America.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated Product Management skills including addressable market opportunity, business modeling, feature prioritization, and successful release management

  • Driving channel growth results from Business Development including joint ventures, negotiation, Marketing including sponsorships, conferences and live networking events.

  • Sales enablement and associate programs leveraging Automated data collection, lead scoring, marketing automation via multiple channels including email, sms, and social media

  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, particularly via written communication with both technical and non-technical team members. Comfortable driving webinars, in person training, and building training materials.

  • Developing and managing relationships with external suppliers and partners, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match. We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. $187,000$218,000 USD
