We create conditions that support productivity and an outstanding employee experience. </span><span style="font-weight:300;">Honor is looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist with strong generalist experience who will support the People Team responsibilities related to project management, compliance, immigration, and employee lifecycle workflows.</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Develop and implement projects and programs to meet company and departmental needs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Partner cross-functionally to improve and enhance all employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. </span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Ensure timely and compliant maintenance of visa status and immigration filings for sponsored individuals by collaborating internally with management and external vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Maintain our Contractor process and oversight of Contractor lifecycle</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Management of tickets/HR inbox/employee inquiries (email, Service Now)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Continuously evaluate internal processes, and build efficiencies whenever possible, ideally through employee self-service or automation.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Ensure and maintain data integrity within all HR systems, and compile regular reports for on-going program management. (Honor Intranet, Paylocity, Pingboard)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations related to People Team programs. </span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Assist in distributing required employer notifications, completing government filings, and compliance testing.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><em>About you:<br></em></strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:300;">You are a highly organized, self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture, and thrives in a fast-paced environment</span><em><span style="font-weight:300;">. </span></em><span style="font-weight:300;">In this role you will be a key player in supporting People processes, systems, and operations that will help Honor continue to build and scale a world class team and employee experience.</span></p> <p><strong>To succeed in the role, you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, with an emphasis on HR generalist work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Expertise in developing and implementing new People Operations projects and programs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Ability to foster effective, trusting cross-functional relationships and partnerships, with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Strong customer service skills, shown through the ability to use judgment in balancing the needs of the customer while considering the policies and procedures of the company.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner using sound judgment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Excellent communication skills – written and orally.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">High Level of proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel &amp; GSuite.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Knowledge and mastery of various HR tools and softwares.</span></li> <li style="font-weight:300;"><span style="font-weight:300;">Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"> <p><strong><em>What’s next?</em></strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
