The team at Hey Jane is looking to expand our team by adding a detail oriented, human-centered, tech-savvy Patient Care Advocate with a background in medication abortion who can provide excellent customer service on a full-time basis.
Compensation: $60,000 annual
This team member will..
- Answer patient questions about their treatment
- Troubleshoot patient concerns about shipping, refunds, etc
- Track patients through their journey
- Help maintain appropriate HIPAA compliance within EMR
Minimum Requirements
- Healthcare background, ideally as an MA, PCA or CNA
Bonus points for..
- Spanish speakers
- Previous work from home experience
- 1+ years in abortion care
