We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join our new Strategy & Operations team! This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on individual to help shape and build Grata’s newest team, working alongside leadership to tackle some of the company’s most critical challenges. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of projects from start to finish, drive measurable business outcomes, and become a key strategic partner to the sales leadership team, helping optimize sales processes and support revenue growth at Grata.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
- Translate high-level sales strategies into actionable execution plans and create board-ready presentations to effectively communicate progress, challenges, and growth initiatives to highest leadership
- Be a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing deep insights into pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sales efficiency to drive smarter decision-making and actionable insights.
- Own and refine sales performance analytics, developing dashboards and reports that track key metrics like pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and pricing execution.
- Optimize and design sales territories, ensuring teams are set up for success in hitting ambitious revenue targets.
- Implement and manage new technologies, making sure the sales teams have the tools and automation needed to operate efficiently
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in a revenue, sales, or business operations role at a high growth company or in a management consulting, investment bank, or private equity role
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills and comfort with financial modeling.
- You have a proven track record of building data-driven plans, securing buy-in, and executing effectively—while staying focused on what drives the biggest impact in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re highly organized and set a high bar for timeliness, accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
