As Grata continues our rapid growth and expansion we are looking for a proven entrepreneurial sales leader to lead our advisor market segment team. In this role you will expand on our success to date driving consistent performance through active coaching and deal participation. As a part of our fast-growing sales team, you should be a firm believer in our unique product offering and master of financial SaaS selling.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join sales leadership as Grata continues to take market share, expand our reach and grow as a leader. In this role you will help set sales strategy, take ownership of growth in your market segment and drive results across your team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll do the following:

  • Lead by example, motivating your team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain and grow your high performing team
  • Provide regular coaching, structured training and daily feedback to focus each team member on roadblocks to outperformance
  • Create and manage territories for your team, evolving targets with our expanding ICP
  • Contribute heavily to overall sales strategy, working with other leaders to anticipate and plan for the needs of our team and our business
  • Become a voice of customer for your segment through development of senior decision maker relationships across the territory
  • Collaborate with our customer success, marketing, and product management teams to provide input to our company’s development

About you:

  • You know our market segments. You’ve sold into the investment banking, private equity, venture and alternative investment space with a track record of individual success
  • You have successfully led a team of AE’s and BDR’s to achieve consistent results in a high growth environment
  • You’ve sold SaaS and understand a rapid sales cycle GTM approach
  • You have 4+ years of sales experience, including 2 years in sales management
  • You're familiar with the problem we solve and you believe in our product
  • You're excited about joining an early stage, rapidly expanding company
  • You trust your ability to succeed and are excited by the substantial rewards of outperformance
  • You're a process person. You know how to create accountability in a structured, high velocity sales environment
  • You're thoughtful, responsive, and selfless, a celebrator and an optimist
  • You’re local to NYC, and comfortable with our flexible hybrid in-office environment (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays in-office days)

Actual compensation packages at the time of offers are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to: what you’d like to be paid, the skills/experience you bring and any role-dependent factors such as software expertise, what similar jobs pay in the NYC area, and our commitment to equal pay for equal work among those you’ll be working with. The total compensation range for this role is targeted at $180,000 to $225,000, including variable pay based on goals and target attainment, plus equity.
