We are on a mission to transform fund administration from error-prone paperwork into data-driven intelligence for asset managers and their investors. By implementing a high-touch service delivery model, data systemization and Al-powered solutions in fund operations, we will take on the defining challenges of asset management. We'll start with one asset class and rapidly expand to others.

About the Role

As the Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will drive the mission of the business, building the technical foundation of the platform that will impact billions of AUM and thousands of asset management firms. The position spans beyond technical expertise-it is a unique opportunity to build the business 0 to 1 and shape company culture, values and strategy.

You will partner closely with the founding team and initial design partners and customers to develop an Al-native, full stack platform, balancing quality and rigor with speed and efficiency in the delivery process. The role is a hands-on, technical position. Tri-State / NYC area is preferred.

What Impact You Will Drive:

• Full-Stack Platform Development: Build a platform connecting fund administration team members, GPs, and LPs, focusing on user-centric, reliable, and scalable end user experiences.
• Technical Architecture: Implement a scalable and secure technical infrastructure.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Design and optimize cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and leveraging Docker and Kubernetes.
• End-to-End Data Platform Development: Build the data foundation and other back-end frameworks to deliver a robust data management system.
• Agentic Al Capabilities: Design and integrate agentic Al capabilities to streamline fund administration, GP and LP workflows.
• AI/ML Application: Integrate AI/ML tools for exceptional service delivery and user productivity.
• Product Roadmap: Collaborate with the founding team to align product roadmap and milestones with technical decisions and delivery.
• Culture & Values: Be a culture carrier by embodying and nurturing excellence, integrity, ownership mindset, and intellectual debate.

Ideal Candidate

Technical Expertise

• Excellence in full-stack engineering and data architecture
• Experience in latest tech stack, including AI/ML, data, and cloud technologies
• Mandatory: Backend experience and expertise in data engineering and architecture.
• Strongly Preferred: Experience with frontend libraries and frameworks such as React and Vue, as well as backend technologies including Node.js, Python, Go, and Java, using modern web frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, e.g. AWS, GCP and Azure and tools such as
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Domain Knowledge: Track record and experience at a top financial services and asset management is strongly preferred.
• Passion: Strong drive, tenacity and inspiration to build a category-defining business Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to balance speed and efficiency to navigate complex situations and solve problems at different levels.

• Fintech Experience: Ex-Palantir (Addepar / other startups), Square and Ramp background is a huge plus.
