  • Clean and concise verbal/written communication and ability to work across teams and disciplines.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a drive to continuously test and learn to improve both campaign performance and your own .
  • Strong work ethic; an independent worker comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits - comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan, three weeks of paid time off, and more.

  • Agility & financial strength - Fabric recently became part of Western & Southern Financial Group, which has been selling insurance for 135 years. It’s the best of both worlds - we have the agility, flexibility, and growth opportunities of a small startup with the resources and stability of a large corporation.
  • Parental leave - Fabric isn’t just a great place to be a parent – it’s a great place to become a parent, with 12 weeks of both maternal and paternal paid leave.
  • A diverse workplace - We strive to create an open and transparent work environment where you feel like you belong – that means published salary bands to promote pay equality, Days of Action for charity work and volunteering, among other initiatives.
