Come join us as we re-make a $650 billion industry and work to improve the lives of millions of families.

Your role at Fabric:

  • Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end, including coordinating between creative and marketing teams, shepherding assets through Compliance, and setting our campaigns up for success.
  • Manage relationships with internal product and creative teams, external agencies, and Compliance to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, affiliates and other relevant channels to drive product growth.
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance, assess against goals, and deliver meaningful insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategy with overall business goals, and effectively communicate strategy to external partners to ensure full alignment.
  • Establish and continually improve our processes to ensure operational campaign efficiency and timely execution.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify and act on opportunities for growth and expansion.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; ability to analyze and distill data to recommend solutions and communicate impact.
  • Superior Excel skills including experience using pivot tables and index match. Familiarity with SQL and comfort building basic queries and modifying more complex ones is a plus.
  • Customer empathy and the ability to walk in the shoes of our target audience to develop creative and messaging that resonates.
  • Clean and concise verbal/written communication and ability to work across teams and disciplines.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a drive to continuously test and learn to improve both campaign performance and your own .
  • Strong work ethic; an independent worker comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits - comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan, three weeks of paid time off, and more.
  • Fully remote – your commute can be directly from your bed to your desk, and our dress code is sweatpants-friendly.
  • Agility & financial strength - Fabric recently became part of Western & Southern Financial Group, which has been selling insurance for 135 years. It’s the best of both worlds - we have the agility, flexibility, and growth opportunities of a small startup with the resources and stability of a large corporation.
  • Parental leave - Fabric isn’t just a great place to be a parent – it’s a great place to become a parent, with 12 weeks of both maternal and paternal paid leave.
  • A diverse workplace - We strive to create an open and transparent work environment where you feel like you belong – that means published salary bands to promote pay equality, Days of Action for charity work and volunteering, among other initiatives. We believe that an inclusive culture drives innovation, and results in better products and experiences for the communities we serve.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000
