Founded in 2017 as a spinout company from Northwestern University’s Querrey Simpson Institute for Bioelectronics, Epicore has partnered with Fortune 100 companies, the Department of Defense, and leading biotechnology companies to deliver personalized hydration, fitness, nutrition, and health management solutions. Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, we are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing Manager passionate about transforming personalized care while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly collaborative environment. Objectives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound campaign strategy targeting industrial safety, wearables, and adjacent markets
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance Epicore's online presence and drive inbound leads
- Create and manage social media and influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and engagement
- Design and execute a PR strategy to position Epicore as a leader in industrial safety wearables
- Identify and foster strategic marketing partnerships to expand market penetration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to optimize effectiveness
- Oversee search engine optimization and marketing strategies, ensuring measurable improvements in traffic and lead quality
- Build and manage Epicore’s social media and influencer programs to drive brand awareness and thought leadership
- Develop PR campaigns that align with key business milestones and corporate initiatives
- Establish partnerships with relevant organizations to enhance brand credibility and reach
- Report marketing performance metrics and insights to the Chief Product Officer and other key stakeholders
Required skills and qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in growth marketing roles, preferably within startup environments
- Proven success in B2B enterprise software, with a strong preference for industrial safety or wearable technology sectors
- Expertise in campaign execution, SEO/SEM, social media, PR, and partnership development
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial safety or wearable technology industries
- Familiarity with marketing to enterprise customers in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Work Modality
On-site/hybrid at our Cambridge, MA office is preferred, but remote work is possible for exceptional candidates.
