Job Summary
As a Senior Product Designer at Enable, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS product. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will lead the design strategy, research, and execution of our platform.
What we are asking you to do!
- Partner with Product Management and subject matter experts to define the problem space, user journeys, and design requirements based on research.
- Lead the end-to-end of the design process, such as translating complex technical concepts into intuitive user interface wireframes, and leveraging your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Continuously refine designs through stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering leads to assess the feasibility of design solutions and provide architectural guidance throughout the implementation process, ensuring scalable solutions.
- Champion and share processes, guidelines, best practices and standards to improve and expand our product design strategy, design system and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What we are asking you to bring!
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and complex technical solutions.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Heap, FullStory and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UI & UX, user research, prototyping, and information architecture.
- Skilled in tackling complex problems with innovative solutions, showcasing your analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end complex projects and delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful product implementations.
