For candidates hired in the United States, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $85,000 - $190,000/year. This salary/OTE range represents the national low and high end of the salary or OTE (Revenue Operations roles) range for this position and is subject to change at any time.
To determine an Enablee's starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may also be considered a promotional opportunity.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable’s total rewards package. The Sales Operations Analyst/ SalesForce Admin will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue organization by owning and improving our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, training, reporting, and analytics to help build our team for scale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and data-savvy with an intellectual curiosity and a drive for constant improvement. A Day In The Life

  • Apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Salesforce to design solutions that scale to meet the needs of the business and deliver business value.
  • Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define system requirements, customize the platform, and deliver products that match the requirements outlined to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Administration of core tech stack outside of CRM such as Salesloft, DocuSign, data enrichment partners, conversation intelligence tools, etc.
  • Drive sales data quality and hygiene efforts through excellent change management and maintenance
  • Challenge current processes and data design to optimize for the best possible solution.
  • Lead the technical implementation of projects leveraging different systems including Salesforce by building custom Objects, Workflow, Email Alerts, Reports, Dashboards, etc., while thoughtfully integrating user and data security through Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permissions.

Who You Are And What You’ll Bring With You

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator using Sales Cloud, CPQ experience desirable.
  • Salesforce Administration Certification (ideally 2+ years).
  • Strong ability to capture business requirements.
  • Experience of reports and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with business process mapping.
  • 2+ years of sales/revenue operations experience in SaaS/Software Enterprise, using Salesforce.com.
  • A forward thinker who takes the initiative to identify gaps in workflows and makes recommendations.
  • Highly Technical: You have superior analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Organized: You can tackle multiple priorities, understand the timelines associated with each, and execute with operational efficiency being top of mind.
  • Meticulous: You have outstanding attention to detail and an understanding of key priorities and initiatives.
