This apprenticeship is designed to foster your growth as a technical project coordinator, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship needed to excel in the industry.

The apprenticeship program lasts 6-12 months, offering you the chance to significantly develop your skills as a technical project manager. Throughout the program, your progress will be evaluated across key skill areas and feedback would be discussed with you on an ongoing basis. Upon successful completion, you will be in consideration to interview for a full-time junior project coordinator position within our team. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Engineering team to help plan and track work.
• Develop the skills and learn the tools required to manage complex engineering projects.
• Develop the key skill of project estimation which will serve you well throughout your career.
• Learn how to identify and manage risks in complex engineering projects.
• Develop the skills needed to balance technical debt, the requirements of customers and the long-term roadmap of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of programming concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages like C++, Python or similar.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of C++ and Python.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
