Schedule: Monday - Friday (potential for Saturday as needed); hours vary (8am-6pm or 8am-4pm)

Pay: Hourly ($30,000-$60,000 annually, DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driveway Valet to join our team in Grapevine, TX! As a Driveway Valet, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate vehicle acquisitions via an online portal.
• Maintain customer appointment calendars and ensure timely communication.
• Educate customers on our acquisition process and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete necessary paperwork.
• Use online tools to value or purchase customer vehicles.
• Troubleshoot customer needs and guide them through the process.
• Acquire and maintain a notary commission.
• Participate in intensive training to stay updated on all vehicle brands and features.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Clean driving record with a strong preference for manual driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in time management and active listening.
• Strong vehicle product knowledge is a plus.

Physical Demands:
