Sell Agent – Customer Experience
The Sell Agent – Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.
The Sell Agent – Customer Experience reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
- Customer Concierge:
- Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
- Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
- Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer’s home.
- Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
- Maintain activity log
- Customer Concierge:
- Other duties as assigned
