Lithia & Driveway is looking for an outgoing, personable, and digitally-savvy Brand Manager to help champion the growth of our GreenCars brand. The Brand Manager will help build a community around GreenCars internally through employee training and supporting stores with live events. Externally, you’ll help build the GreenCars brand through live activations and online.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for aligning company communications, PR, social media, marketing content and educational content to support the growth of the GreenCars brand. You will develop relationships with stores and their staff, as well as the online GreenCars community.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with strong capabilities in project management, written communications, and content development. You must also have confidence in planning and executing brand activations. You’ll also need to stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $84,000-100,000 annual
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing internal and external producers to create engaging educational content
- Oversee and manage employee training resources, from development to deployment and tracking
- Support and co-manage live brand activations, including store-level activations
- Plan and execute GreenCars community-building initiatives
- Develop and co-manage GreenCars partner relations and coordinate community outreach opportunities
- Support GreenCars through the collection of pictures and videos from activations
- Create engaging and shareable content for monthly newsletters, emails, webinars, and social channels
- Monitor and respond to online community discussions, inbound inquiries, and brand opportunities; provide feedback to GreenCars management and stakeholders
- Support company-wide sustainability initiatives through planning and effective brand communications
- Travel may be required
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of related professional experience in communications, marketing, or related role
- Familiarity using a content management system, such as Webflow
- Experience building and optimizing YouTube channels preferred
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Ability to use online spaces to facilitate conversations, connections, and collaboration
- Exceptional attention to detail including the ability to apply processes and structure when needed
- The ability to learn new skills and contribute as key member of a small team
- Comfortable with technology and online tools
- Aptitude for keeping systems up to date and organized
