Who you are:

  • Growth expert with a strong track record in marketing fundamentals and a creative streak for innovative growth tactics at fast-growing start-ups
  • Structured, process-oriented, and data-driven
  • Exceptional people manager, with ability to motivate and develop a wide range of team members in direct management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Love working in a fast-paced startup environment juggling multiple priorities and making things happen
  • Bonus points if you are passionate about (or excited to learn about) our core collectible categories (trading cards, sports cards, and other collectibles) or NFTs

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own all user acquisition and retention efforts — driving and reporting on key metrics including conversion rates, new buyers, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime value), and ROI (Return on investment)
  • Optimize our digital marketing strategy, creative, and budget allocation across paid spend, affiliate partnerships, influencer, and more
  • Manage team of 5+ direct reports providing daily support with prioritization, xFC coordination, and feedback on content
  • Build and execute a flexible, replicable playbook to collaborate with Drip streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners

Required Non-Negotiable:

  • 10+ years of experience directly owning growth results across several channels
  • 3+ years of experience at a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup
  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action
  • Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels including owned (email, social), influencer, paid and earned (SEO, organic); ideally you have one of these channels that you are stellar at
  • Willing – and excited – to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
  • Track record of thoughtful team development and people management
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to implement growth perspective into roadmap and product development process.
