Divergent has invented a complete manufacturing solution to address system level challenges. The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) is a complete software hardware solution designed to replace traditional vehicle manufacturing. To make the complex simple, it is a complete modular digital factory for complex structures. Given a set of digital requirements as input, the machine automatically computationally engineers, additively manufactures, and assembles any complex structure. The system is able to move seamlessly between manufacturing different vehicle models.
This is a Monday through Friday role
Own the operation and maintenance of Divergent’s industrial oven systems used for heat treatment and curing of assemblies. Will also assist in lab and development activities as needed.
What You'll Do
- Operate Divergent’s heat treatment and adhesive curing ovens
- Bead Blasting
- Perform system checks and periodic maintenance as required to ensure they are within specification.
- Follow the Divergent Manufacturing Execution System and ensure proper documentation of all work performed.
- Track and facilitate outsourced heat treatment jobs
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic metal heat treatment principles and how to handle hazardous waste preferred.
- Experience with operating industrial ovens for metal heat treatment, curing materials, etc.
