Responsibilities

As the Senior Go-to-Market Manager, you will spearhead our product launch and market entry strategies, with a focus on our solutions for CAD and manufacturing industries. This role demands an exceptional blend of market insight, strategic vision, and leadership, positioning our cutting-edge solutions for success in competitive markets. Your experience in software or technology, especially related to CAD or manufacturing work instructions, will play a pivotal role in our global market expansion efforts.

  • Architect and implement sophisticated go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.
  • Lead and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic coherence.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to guide product positioning, targeting, and launch strategies, focusing on CAD and manufacturing sectors.
  • Use a data driven approach to analyze market response and adapt strategies to maximize impact and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in leading go-to-market and B2B marketing strategies, ideally within manufacturing, tech, software, or CAD industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Expertise in market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing marketplace, manufacturing processes, and the challenges faced by businesses in adopting new technologies.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM

Nice to Have

  • Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
  • Experience developing a CAD application
  • Working with CAD tools or understanding of manufacturing and assembly
  • Prior early-stage startup experience
