Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships, ensuring our solutions exceed expectations. Your deep understanding of CAD tools and our customer’s perspectives within manufacturing will help tailor our support to the unique needs of our clients.

  • Proactively engage with customers to address their needs, ensuring their goals are achievable with our offered solutions.
  • Respond to customer issues rapidly and lead resolution efforts by coordinating with appropriate engineering teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within our organization, translating feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Develop and implement success plans for key accounts, driving product adoption and customer loyalty.
  • Build upon and improve our crucial support infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles
  • Proven track record in a customer success role within the tech, software, or CAD/manufacturing industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and improving customer experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
  • Experience developing a CAD application
  • Working with CAD tools or understanding of manufacturing and assembly
  • Experience in software development (ReactJS + Python preferred)
  • Prior early-stage startup experience
