Position: Crown Affair Sales & Service Expert
Status: Part-Time Hourly
Reports to: Sales and Education Manager
Location(s): Los Angeles, San Diego, OC, Bay Area
Crown Affair is looking for experienced Sales & Service Experts to drive sales and continue building brand awareness in Sephora through sales, training, and event support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Education
- Foster professional, dynamic relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors through side by side selling, education, and training
- Train Sephora Beauty Advisors on product knowledge and customized hair care evaluations to build brand champions and customer base
- Support store level education and training pre-events to drive key store retail activations and increase beauty advisor brand engagement
Customer Service
- Exceed event sales goals, product goals and sales per hour targets while providing best in class customer service
- Create brand awareness and recruit customers through storytelling
Operations
- Ensure brand merchandising and visual standards are aligned with company expectations. Resolve discrepancies at the store level, or by elevating as necessary
- Ensure the endcap is shoppable and up to cleanliness standards
- Assist with maintaining the required inventory levels to include stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in driving sales & conversion in prestige beauty or Sephora
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, retail, or Prestige beauty
- Strong sales, education, customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and event goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong store eventing success
- Ability to report metrics/target KPI’s post store visits while sharing competitive insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations
- Present a professional appearance maintaining Crown Affair standards, Sephora dress code and makeup looks based on seasonal trends
- This role may require weekend/holiday hours

About The Founder—
