Role: Creative and Administrative Intern to the Founder

Type: Internship, 20-30 hours/week

Location: Remote OK, NY or LA preferred

We're seeking an entrepreneurial and creative professional to support our founder as she develops her personal platform and presence as a content creator. This role will be instrumental in helping build and maintain our founder's growing influence while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Role Overview:

Working directly with our founder, you'll manage the backend of her content creation efforts, from administrative support to creative collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring both organizational excellence and a deep understanding of the creator economy to help grow our founder's channels and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creator Support

• Support founder's content calendar planning and execution across her personal channels
• Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content of founder's daily activities and creative process
• Research and track relevant social media trends and opportunities for the founder's channels
• Assist in ideating and planning content that authentically showcases the founder's expertise and journey
• Document and organize content assets and materials
• Manage and document incoming PR/gifting opportunities for potential content creation

Administrative & Operations

• Coordinate founder's dynamic schedule, including content creation days, external appearances, and meetings
• Manage inbox and correspondence
• Organize and maintain a database of creator relationships and partnership opportunities
• Track deadlines and deliverables for content partnerships
• Prepare materials needed for content creation sessions
• Support logistics for speaking engagements and media appearances

Strategic Support

• Conduct weekly planning sessions with founder to align on content priorities and schedule
• Research potential partnership opportunities for founder's channels
• Track performance metrics across founder's platforms
• Stay informed about influencer industry trends and opportunities
• Prepare briefing documents for partnerships and appearances
• Maintain organized systems for content planning and asset management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, social media, or creator support
• Strong understanding of social platforms and current trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in content planning and organization tools
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
• Previous experience supporting personal brands or creators preferred
