Creative 3D Technologies (C3DT) is an Austin-based award-winning startup, striving to pioneer the future of manufacturing. C3DT designs and in-house manufactures advanced manufacturing systems that strive to be a true factory in a box, creating end-to-end products and assemblies without the supply chain, ranging anywhere from advanced semiconductors to automotive assemblies from a single machine. To prepare the market for the release of such a system, C3DT is selling a lighter version of the same platform branded as a Single-Cell 3D Printing Platform capable of encompassing the typical industrial suite of advanced specialty 3D printers all-in-one, while slowly selling new technologies to customers (such as pick and place, milling, engraving, etc.) to expand the production capacity of their platform! Role Description

We seek a Sales Associate. This performance-driven, commission-only role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on independence and results. As a commission-based Sales Associate with Creative 3D Technologies, your income is directly tied to your performance, and earning potential is uncapped—the more you sell, the more you earn.

Commissions are VERY competitive, and a large percentage of the gross amount of the sale & is paid in full upon close. Base pay will be considered after a 3-month review.

As an outside sales role, this position reports to the Sales Director. It’s fully remote; providing you the freedom to manage your own schedule and work location. We’re seeking self-motivated individuals who excel in building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals across multiple industries. You are not expected to report to an office or follow a set schedule, as we trust you to work independently and meet your targets through all means. An option to use our Austin office is available if preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospect Engagement: Headhunter mindset to generate leads, engage prospects, and promote our 3D printing solutions in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on field-based client interaction. COLD CALLING EXPERTS WELCOMED!
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact for marketing, Apollo for Leads) to manage and track your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams as needed to optimize resources and streamline the sales process.
  • Industry Presence: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Creative 3D Technologies, expand brand awareness, and cultivate client connections.
  • Results Orientation: Embrace a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting sales targets and maximizing commission potential through autonomous, self-directed effort.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a high-pressure sales environment (e.g., B2B sales, SaaS, manufacturing, or other high-performance sales roles).
  • Skills: Strong sales, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-driven role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D printing technology or advanced manufacturing solutions is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
