Role Overview

Copper is seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an User Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through strategic online media campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.

This role is fully remote (US only) Hybrid option with company headquartered in Seattle, WA with a dedicated office.

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to improve games’ growth and profitability
  • Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to complete breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users
  • Strategize, implement and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, Influencer marketing, and much more
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Research and identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in media buying for mobile app products (leveraging Paid Social, Ad Networks, and DSPs)
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics-based environment
  • Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimization
  • Experience with MixPanel, advanced Excel and Mobile Measurement Partners (i.e. Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular, Kochava).
  • Outstanding communication and client skills – both written and spoken – to work effectively with our cross-functional partners

  • Ability to pull data using product analytics tools
  • Experience in mobile game app marketing
