Opportunity to be on the ground floor of a well funded startup nearing profitability

We are a fast growing technology startup that is well funded and part of a small percentage of companies nearing profitability and growing very quickly. This means your direct work will get implemented on a large consumer scale. With this level of impact comes a high level of ownership over your part of the business.

What to expect in your role

We are looking for a data driven Campaign Operations Manager to join our Operations team to launch new campaigns and manage their success. You will work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and Sales to track new campaigns, integrate them into Copper’s Earn product, and optimize their performance.

This role is fully remote (US only) Hybrid option with the company headquartered in Seattle, WA with a dedicated office.

What you’ll do

  • Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns
  • Build campaigns using custom tooling and our customer engagement platform, Braze
  • Create reward and lifecycle strategies that drive down funnel campaign metrics
  • Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs using our product analytics tool, Mixpanel
  • Ensure proper tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events
  • Analyze performance and provide regular updates on metrics and progress towards goals
  • Support finance team with invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage expectations, provide updates on status and progress, propose optimizations to improve performance, and answer campaign specific questions
  • Identify and report on trends across multiple campaigns and clients
  • Highlight upsell opportunities for high performing campaigns to sales team

What your experience looks like

  • 3+ years experience working in ad operations
  • Proven track record optimizing campaign performance
  • Excellent analytics skills and advanced excel skills
  • Metric driven and results oriented
  • Experience collaborating with customer success, account executives, or other customer facing teams
  • Experience working at a small company or startup in a fast-paced environment
  • Determined, self-starter
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experience in the mobile gaming or ad tech market is a huge plus
