The Trade Show Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the company's trade show presence, including coordinating all aspects of booth design, setup, and logistics. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a trade show strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals
Research and identify trade shows and conferences that are relevant to the company's target audience
Coordinate the design and construction of trade show booths and displays, including working with vendors and contractors
Manage the logistics of trade show participation, including booth setup, tear down, shipping, and on-site support
Work with the marketing team to develop and implement trade show promotions and lead generation efforts
Analyze and report on the performance of trade show participation, including measuring the ROI of each event
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in trade show management, preferably in a B2B setting
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
Experience with trade show booth design and construction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
HR or HR tech experience is a bonus, but not necessary
