This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Develop and execute a trade show strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals<br> Research and identify trade shows and conferences that are relevant to the company's target audience<br> Coordinate the design and construction of trade show booths and displays, including working with vendors and contractors<br> Manage the logistics of trade show participation, including booth setup, tear down, shipping, and on-site support<br> Work with the marketing team to develop and implement trade show promotions and lead generation efforts<br> Analyze and report on the performance of trade show participation, including measuring the ROI of each event<br> Requirements:</p> <p>3+ years of experience in trade show management, preferably in a B2B setting<br> Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively<br> Experience with trade show booth design and construction<br> Excellent communication and collaboration skills<br> HR or HR tech experience is a bonus, but not necessary<br> If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for bringing a company's brand to life through trade show presence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>
