We are looking for a Field Services Technician/Engineer who is ready to join our quest to ensure that every vote is counted and every voice is heard.
Your Adventure Awaits! Things you'll do:
- Take the helm in deploying, configuring, and maintaining the technology that ensures elections are fair and transparent. From Ubuntu servers to Windows desktops, you'll be the cornerstone of integrity and reliability in the voting process
- Demonstrate Tech Mastery: Ascend to the rank of expert by mastering our proprietary software and hardware. Be the trusted ally our customers rely on for flawless
election operations. - Be a Challenge Solver: Embrace the role of problem-solver, addressing end-user issues with a blend of technical skill and empathy, ensuring a seamless
voting experience. - Be a Strategic Leader: Provide your specialized technical expertise in leading a variety of projects that enhance and secure the democratic process
Craft Your Legacy With:
- Technical Prowess: showcase your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Ubuntu. You are adept at configuring software, peripherals, and drivers
- Communication Mastery: demonstrate superior communication skills. You can translate complex technical issues into clear and actionable guidance for both customers and teammates
- Customer Advocacy: Leverage your customer-facing experience to meet users' needs with understanding and efficiency
- Hands-On Expertise: Utilize your electro-mechanical or computer assembly experience to tackle any hardware challenge
- System Wizardry: Apply your knowledge in imaging or cloning configurations to ensure consistent, reliable setups
- Problem-solving Skills: Utilize your familiarity with support systems like Jira to manage and track issues effectively

- Physically Prepared: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for heaver equipment
