We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Executive to pursue new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales target. A preference will be given to candidates who have sold into AI, data science, machine learning, or computer vision personas in enterprise accounts. As one of the early Sales professionals at Centaur Labs, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company in a rapidly growing and exciting space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales account strategy that aligns with personal quota attainment, company goals, and company objectives.
  • Identify and target prospective clients that can benefit from our innovative approach to scaling data annotation for medical data.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts, to create compelling proposals and project scopes.
  • Provide guidance and support during negotiations, ensuring that contracts are strategically aligned and mutually beneficial.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts against quota and report to senior management, showcasing progress and areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the network.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, ideally in AI-related solutions, with a strong preference for healthcare-related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build confidence in customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required
